The Minka-Aire F896-52-ORB Xtreme H20 52" Ceiling Fan in Oil Rubbed Bronze is an outdoor version of one of the brand's most popular large fan introductions. This industrial-sized fan lends itself to any setting, with its clean, sleek, contemporary design, complete with a DC motor and a choice of sizes, making it perfect for large areas indoor or outdoor.

The Xtreme H2O 52" Outdoor Ceiling Fan has an 8-blade design, perfect for any exterior space. It features a 123mm x 30mm DC motor, 52-inch blade span, and 9-degree pitch. Available in Flat White, Brushed Nickel, Coal, or Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes, it includes a 6-inch downrod and RC1000 full-function handheld remote control. The fan is wet location rated and ETL listed.

This ceiling fan is WiFi-compatible, powered by Bond technology, allowing you to connect the device via WiFi with the additional purchase of a BD-1000 hub. The fast and easy setup involves downloading the Bond App to your smartphone (available for iOS and Android), with the Bond hub connecting to your internet WiFi network. Additional drivers are available for full integration with other systems, including SmartThings, Control4, ELAN, Hubitat, and more.
