The Minka-Aire Xtreme H2O 65" outdoor ceiling fan, featuring a brushed nickel wet finish and a matching LED light kit, comes with a hand-held remote. The package includes the following: one 65" outdoor ceiling fan in brushed nickel wet (F896-65-BNW), one matching 20W LED light kit (K9886L-BNW), one six-speed hand-held remote with on/off plus full-range light dimming with forward and reverse function (RC400), and one 6" downrod.

The Xtreme H2O 65" boasts a sleek and contemporary design, with eight brushed nickel wet blades. The fan is equipped with a conveniently quiet, 6-speed, reversible DC motor, allowing for efficient air rotation and cost-saving benefits in both summer and winter.

Measuring 13.5'' from the ceiling to the lowest point of the fan with the included 6" downrod, the Xtreme H2O ceiling fan has a blade sweep diameter of 65'' with a 9° blade pitch. To work with Amazon Alexa or Google Home, the fan requires a Bond Hub BD-1000, sold separately. Additionally, an optional wall control (WC400) can be purchased separately.
