The Minka-Aire Espace Ceiling Fan is designed with a transitional and simple aesthetic, featuring an Oil Rubbed Bronze finish and Five Medium Maple Blades. This contemporary ceiling fan boasts a range of practical and convenient features.

The Espace ceiling fan is equipped with an integrated 18 Watt Dimmable LED Light Module encased in Etched Opal Glass, providing efficient and adjustable illumination.

Included with the fan is a RCS213 Three-speed hand-held remote, which offers full-range light dimming, Forward and Reverse function, and is attached to a 6" Downrod.

Powered by a conveniently quiet, 3-speed reversible motor, the Espace ceiling fan can be utilized year-round, helping to circulate air and potentially reduce energy costs during both the Summer and Winter seasons.

Measuring 14.25'' from the ceiling to the lowest point of the fan with the included 6" downrod, the Espace has a blade sweep diameter of 52'' with a 14° Blade Pitch, creating a suitable size for a variety of indoor spaces.

To enable smart home integration, the Espace ceiling fan requires a Bond hub BD-1000 (sold separately) in order to work with Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Additionally, an optional WCS213 wall control can be purchased separately for added convenience.
